' This new dril fits into my 18 volt system. Even though I have bought a Li-Ion version the batteries still fit my old 18 Volt machines. When the batteries eventually run out I can still use my old NiCad or NiMH batteries. And with the new self tightening chuck, this is the best drill I have ever used! '
